Get Your Zen On (Yin-Style Yoga Flow)
Are you stressed out, overworked, overtired, run-down or just in need of some quiet rejuvenation time? Let the power of Yin Yoga come to your aid. This class begins with an affirmation/resolve (sankalpa), and the chanting of seed syllables (simple power mantras) to set the intention for class, and is followed by a series of longer held poses while one sends their intention, breath, and consciousness to the bodily sensations. This draws the life force (prana or chi) into the deeper meridians which stimulates the immune system and rejuvenates the whole body. Class closes with a deeply restorative practice of meditation, combining the effects of the physical practice and quiet mind in a way that nourishes every layer of our being.
Vinyasa Flow
Sweat, breathe, go with the flow! This fun, flowing class combines postures and sequences from various styles of yoga. With a dynamic flowing sequence of yoga postures linking breath and movement, you'll cultivate awareness while building core strength and flexibility. Learn ujjayi pranayama breathwork, bandhas (energetic locks to help access core strength), drishti (gazing points), and vinyasa (sequencing breath with movement) to help the mind and nervous system achieve balance. Come ready to work and sweat. Please bring a towel to class.
Zumba Basics
Have you ever wanted to try a Zumba class? Have you ever tried a Zumba class but felt lost with all the rhythms? This Zumba
class will feature exotic rhythms set to Latin and international beats, but each rhythm will be broken down in class so you

Mat Pilates
Pilates is a mind/body exercise that emphasizes balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness. Core strength and torso stability set the Pilates method apart from many other types of exercise. Pilate exercises are adaptable to all fitness levels. The exercises are ideal for athletes, women, men, seniors and people who are recovering from injury.
Yoga Basics
This class is designed for participants taking yoga for the first time, participants who want to learn how to perform the poses correctly in a safe and effective manner, and participants who want to learn how to use yoga props to enhance their practice. In this class you will learn proper posture alignment, body awareness, yoga breathing, and names of the yoga poses. You will learn how to get into each yoga pose, transition into a yoga flow, and modifications for each yoga pose based on your needs. This class is good for anyone interested in learning about yoga too.
